PAIN AND GLORY DELIVERY RATES & POLICIES
We aim to provide you with a fast, competitive and secure delivery service, we use a number of reputable carriers including the Royal Mail, the size, content and weight of an order determines the service used.
Orders placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day, orders received after 1.00pm will be dispatched the following working day.
We deliver internationally to the majority of countries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Charges
Orders above £100 are delivered free of charge.
Next Day Delivery on items up to 2kg - £8.00. Please contact us to discuss the charge for over 2kg.
2–4 Working Days on items up to 2kg - £5.50
2–4 Working Days on items 2kg-15kg - £8.00.
Please contact us to discuss delivery charges on bulk purchases and items heavier than 15kg.
Republic of Ireland – up to 2kg - £8.50
Rest of the World – up to 2kg - £11.50
The Pain and Glory team will always try to get all orders dispatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible, for reasons such as:
Products on Pre-Order or out of stock
Pre-Orders and Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will dispatched in the period specified on the website
Credit card checks
On occasion we may need to make additional checks on your credit card - this might delay your order.
Personalization
Shirts, Boots or Gloves with name, numbering added may take an extra few days to dispatch.
Our Suppliers
If a product is in extremely high demand we may need to re-order it from our suppliers. The number of days that this process will take can be up to 7 days.
If there is any problem fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately.
Teamwear
A limited number of teamwear items are kept in stock, most however have to be ordered directly from our suppliers. This normally takes 7-10 days.
While every effort is made to ensure that products, images, prices, colours and personalization options are correct at the time of being posted on the Pain and Glory web site, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, personalization or product changes. All colours are approximate.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to the address below within 14 days of your purchase.
The item must be in its original condition and unworn, the item must also have all its original packaging and labels.
Your refund can take up to five days to process and will be for the price of the item. You will be refunded in the same form as your payment.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund on items that have been personalized, therefore please ensure you order the correct item, size, colourway.
Pain and Glory do not accept responsibility for the transit of goods returned to us, therefore please make sure you have adequate insurance cover.

Faulty Goods
If you believe your goods are faulty please contact us on 08454 670 250 to discuss the problem, we will then give you details of how to return the item.
If the item is found to be faulty, we will exchange or refund your money.
Please adhere to our terms as we reserve all rights.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
